In order to share fundamental content for the promotion of accessibility, equal opportunities and inclusion of people with disabilities in society, and taking advantage of the experience of several years in the area of accessibility, employability and inclusive culture, we developed:

- Choose to Include Programs – Training and Consulting on Diversity, Inclusion and Recruitment, in a presential/digital format, in partnership with Your People:

- Inclusive Culture, for promoting diversity and inclusion of employees with disabilities; Inclusive Recruitment, with adaptation of recruitment and selection processes, integration into teams and monitoring; and Inclusive Communication, for internal and external communication strategies with a focus on diversity;
- Consulting on R&S Processes, Communication, Customer Service, among others, according to the company’s needs and with delivery of resources;

- Accessibility Consulting (technical or usability), with delivery of report and suggestions for improvement;
- Creation of an Accessibility improvement project, based on the presented report;
- Disability normalization awareness programs;
- Motivational Lectures;
- Training on Accessible and Inclusive Service;
- Product/Service Improvement Consulting (mystery visits/ training/other);
- Inspirational Experiences / Solidarity Teambuildings;
- Lectures on topics related to Disability, Inclusion or Prevention.
FOR MUNICIPALITIES:
- Training for replication at the municipal level of the employability program developed by Associação Salvador, with monitoring of implementation throughout the various stages (Awareness for Companies, Program Management, Training for candidates with disabilities, Recruitment Meeting, Placement and Post Placement).
