Within the scope of the socio-professional integration project Destino: Emprego (Destination: Employment) we want to promote the professional integration of people with motor disabilities, contributing to the improvement of their quality of life and to a more inclusive work market.

We have a database of candidates with motor disabilities, with whom we have been working in order to develop transversal skills useful for finding, obtaining and keeping a job. We try to guarantee a pertinent guidance of the candidates to the available job positions, by matching the candidates’ profiles with the profiles required by the companies.
